I cannot seem to navigate through the self-serve site easily. I have had zero usage since being out of the country from mid-April. I was informed on subscription and also through the Koodo Community that I could suspend my account while away and pay $15 per month to maintain my number, however I have not been unable to manage this online and continue to be charged the full monthly rate PLUS plus-for-use data which has NOT been used. I do not want to initiate suspension by reporting the phone lost; this does not serve my purpose. I will also be charged should i try to do the suspension my phone or email. whatshould I do?

Under self serve in the plans that are available there is one called "Seasonal Hold". It's an actual rate plan, not something you just check on self serve. You should have access to it.
If you can't find it, then you can consider a suspension but there is a time limit before you can't just easily un-suspend it.
