HOW CAN I GET SUPPORT FROM KOODO TO CHANGE MY PREPAID PHONE IMEI AFTER A BAD INPUT WHEN ACTIVATING ONLINE?


Please don't tell me to contact KOODO online or by phone, cause I tried and I don't get any response and the options they give you over the phone don't help, and there is no one to talk to. Tried by email, and NO response whatsoever. Went to Store and they said they don't deal with Prepaid accounts.

Wish I could Help you but I'm in the same boat. Guess we'll have to go into one on the booths to get info. Not a great first impression, but that's life

Call Koodo. I believe Tech support is option 6, but you can press 0 at the prompts to get to a live operator, who can then help you with your phone account settings. Numbers from the 'Contact Us' option below: 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
