Each time I have arranged a callback (using the koodomobile.com/chat), and then I have to tell tech support that I have a prepaid plan, and then I have to wait on hold (for another 10 minutes or so) to get someone who deals with prepaid.
If I arrange a callback, is there not a way I can get prepaid support to call me back directly? I would rather not have to wait twice (once for the call-back, and the second time on hold for a transfer).

I think this is a great idea. Currently Koodo assist does not seem to separate callbacks for prepaid but it totally should!View original
