help pls


im tryin to use my old per paid account and its saying thin "Your login has been disabled. Please contact Koodo Customer Service." can i still used my old sim card or do i have to get a new one?

If you haven't used your prepaid account for more than 3 months then the account would have been closed and you will have to start again with a brand new activation like you did when you first activated a prepaid account with koodo.
