i just tried to activate my koodo phone and it said it was successful but it is saying that i can only do emergency calls and i have no sim what do i do and i cant log in because it is say my account is invalid and i just made it and they sent me an email so i know it is the right email address what do i do??

Your phone doesnt have a sim slot?

Take out the SIM (and battery, if your phone has a removable battery). Wait a minute or two. Put the SIM/battery back in and turn on the phone. Wait a few seconds to see if it connects to the network.

And if your phone doesn't have a SIM, go to the closest Koodo store or multi-carrier store (T-Booth, Walmart Wireless, The Mobile Shop etc) and buy a SIM for around $10
