Hello I have some problem on my prepaid account.


Hello I have some problem on my prepaid account. I already transper to koodo 2hours ago from fido so it's working when I call someone but I can't receive the call from anyone. Also I got a text message from koodo like this " To complete your request to move to koodo mobile,please call 1-866-99-koodo and select the 'porting inquires' option.. you will need to provide the correct ESN/MEID from your previous service provider" so what's the problem on my phone." so what do I do? Thank you for reading

If you received a text to call Koodo, I would call them. If there is no "'porting inquires' option", keep pressing 0 to get a rep 🙂
