Got notice top up is do , when I try to log in they keep telling me my user name & password are wrong.WHY?

I assume you have logged in before. Are you logging into the correct self serve? The prepaid one. I had this issue awhile ago and tried again later and it worked so you could do that or try changing your password by clicking on the forgot password link on the login page and see if the new password works. I'm guessing you've successfully logged into your account previously?
