Funds not taken out for pre-paid service


I put money on my husband's prepaid account at 7:30am on January 11th. He just has the basic 15 plan. There is 15 in the account. It is due to renew on January 12th. I just called to check his booster minutes and it says his account is suspended...yet I was still able to call him and the $15 is STILL in his account and not taken out. Why has it not been taken out and why does it say suspended? He drives truck and he has an appointment to unload tomorrow and he has to have his phone for the customer to call him..The funds were added a full day before it was due..what gives?

You're going to have to call into customer service. None of us have access to your account directly as we're customers just like you. Don't worry, they won't charge you to fix the issue.
