First prepaid phone was lost and purchased second prepaid and can not set up with same email address


I had a koodo prepaid phone for my son and he lost his phone. I just went and purchased him a new prepaid koodo phone and I can not get it past the screen where you set up the password. I suspect it is because my email is connected to the other account. Please advise on how I can get this new phone activated.

Hi Samantha,

You can log into the old account and transfer the account to a new SIM card and put that SIM card into the new phone. No need to set-up an entire new account.
