Faulty registration process

I tried to register for a prepaid service for my son’s new cell phone. After I entered the credit card information I got the message that my credit card provider hasn’t approved the transaction. Despite this I got an email notification from my bank stating that a transaction took place. I even called my bank and they assured me that there was no issue on their side. Since the transaction was apparently not approved the registration process was not completed.

How can I get my money back?

It would be easiest if you can contact your bank/cc company to reverse the charges to get your money back.
