Does my data- and voice resources of the previous month remain in my usage now when the first month is expiring (14 Oct)?

For prepaid service, as long as you pay your monthly base plan fee, your minutes and data do not expire. If you stop paying for 90 days, your account will be deactivated and you will then lose your boosters.
