Hello there. I think your information is incorrect. Here's the good one! Do keep in mind though that if you’ve are without a base plan for 90 days, your account will be deactivated and you’ll lose your phone number and any funds remaining on your account balance, including your boosters. Source : http://help.koodomobile.com/prepaid/topping-up-your-account/do-top-ups-expire How do I de-activate my Koodo Prepaid SIM card? To de-activate your SIM card, just stop topping up your account. Once you've been without an active base plan on your account for a full 90 days, your Koodo Prepaid SIM card will be automatically de-activated and you'll lose your phone number and any funds remaining on your account balance, including your boosters. Once de-activated, you'll need to buy a new Koodo Prepaid SIM card to resume prepaid service.
