customer service never called me back

.... The supervisor said he was going to see if my phone number was still available to reinstate the line and never called back! I need help now, can you help me? i spent over 3.5 hours with customer service and they have been unhelpful can you reactivate my number? the mobility services sight is also not working!

@Dominic: I would try to restart the phone, and see if there is any hope.
They are having huge number of orders to process and large volume of calls. It might take sometimes for a rep to come back to your case.

In my opinion, if the prepaid was deactivated for so long, I think it might be better to get a new number...
