Credit Card(s) Not Processing


I got a Koodo prepaid sim delivered yesterday - when trying to activate the sim yesterday it would not accept any credit card details saying the transaction has been denied by the issuing bank. I have tried 4 cards from 2 different banks and 3 different people and all fail. I have tripled checked the billing address and is the same as my bank account. I have now activated the number using just my activation bonus by not adding any boosters and the website still will not accept any of the credit cards when trying to top up. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

Not sure really Richard, but you can call Koodo (*611) and ask them to add your credit card manually. They'll probably be able to tell you why it wouldn't work 🙂
