Clicking change pre-paid payment type gives me 403 FORBIDDEN PAGE


When I try to change or view my pre-paid payment type it gives me the forbidden page 

"ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /account/selfserve/postpaid/P202135441351346878458 on this server."

Hi David,

I have that too sometimes, because we have both a postpaid and prepaid account. Koodo is really bad with cookies in that case... I would suggest you either clear your cookies, or what I do, start a session in incognito mode and see if your self service works then. Let us know if that helped!

I am having the same problem, and have tried everything suggested. Still doesn't work.  Please advise.
