Changing to a different prepaid base plan


I’ve tried self serve to change my base plan, but it always reverts to

the original one. I’ve followed all of the instructions there, but have only

managed to ‘top up’ to my original plan, which has stayed the same.

Have you tried changing your plan with the IVR by dialing 611?

It stands for "Interactive voice response", its just another way of referring to the automated system they have when you dial 611.
