I have a cell phone and I would like to know if I am able to get another one

You are able to get another phone at anytime.  If you want to get a new phone on tab, you just need to pay off any remaining tab you have.

You can check your tab amount by logging into your self serve

Certain phones like the iphone X right now is very expensive and will not be 0 down regardless of tab size.

how am I able to pay that other than through e transfer To pay your remaining tab, it will be added to your next bill.

To buy a phone you can order at a Kiosk (note the $30 connection fee) or you can order the phone online on Koodo website

Note that it does take time for Koodo to process orders online if they have a back log (a week or 2)
