cant make calls


how come i can only recieve calls and not make them?

There could be a host of reasons why this is happening. An incomplete port could be the reason. You have another suggestion?

Hi Mandi, it could be a billing problem. Did you miss or made a partial payment? Your account could be "hotlined", which means only incoming calls go through.
