Cant change base plan online even though I have money on my phone...611 says I have the account but online doesnt


I am trying to change my base plan from 35$ to 15$, I tried to do it online with a top up voucher and it didnt work and said I ha no money in my account but when I call 611 it says I have 25$ in my account when it tries to transfer me on the phone it wont accept my phone number to continue own.

Hey Ana,

Are you able to login to your Self-Serve? Do you see your current plan on your Self-Serve and are you able to make call with your Koodo phone right now?
