Cannot Verify Credit Card Information

i get an error message saying something about not being able to verify my credit card information and it won't let me top up using my mastercard. I checked with the credit card company and no declines showed up on their end and they say everything is fine on their end. Why is this happening?

Is it a credit card from outside Canada? You'd need to register that with Koodo first (can take a few business days).
I tried two different cards, and only one was allowed to be registered. For the rejected card, Amex said no problem on their end. Card is in perfect standing. For my registered Visa, I cannot make any payment to top up or buy boosters. Similarly, Visa is not showing that any attempts were even made to purchase anything, so it's not like the financial institution is rejecting anything. My credit card is Capital One and it's inside Canada. It started working again after on its own. Not sure what happened. :S
