Hello. I jave just purchased 500 minutes to talk. Even though my base plan is still available, I am not able to call anyone right now. I appreciate if someone helps.

Does your self-serve show the booster as active? Are you a new subscriber? Does texting yourself work (shows that you are actually connected to the voice network)?
