Cannot make or receive calls

My phone has no network

What phone? Where are you? Is 3g/WCDMA/HSPA enabled? Is the phone set to airplane mode? If you manually search for networks, do you find anything? Is your account paid up to date? We can't help without details, my friend.

I would start by rebooting the device because usually that's all it takes. If not, check the SIM card to see if it is properly inserted. If so, manually select the network in network settings (search networks - select Koodo). If not, try a factory data reset. If not, you should call Koodo at their toll free number and ask them if anything is wrong with your account. That's the best I can do without knowing more about the issue. Normally one of these suggestions work. Good luck.
