Cannot login, cannot make calls. Cannot even call Koodo to rectify

Need to talk to somebody at Koodo, ASAP. Cannot call as I have just bought a prepaid SIM, and when I went through the activation process and completed everything required, at the end I got a generic error message. Now I cannot login to self-serve, cannot reset my password (my email is not recognised), and cannot make calls ("You cannot make calls without a baseplan activated"). Very, very unhappy with this service. Any help appreciated
