can you reactivate an old account?


I have an old account but I'm getting a iPhone am i able to re new it and get s new sim card for that phone or no

Hi Naz, What do you mean by reactivate? How long ago did you last make a payment, is it still active or did you cancel it? If it's still active, then yes, you can get a SIM card and start using it again, but if it's been disabled a while ago, chances are you lost it.

Unless you are talking about Prepaid then I think you have about 90 days/3 months to reactivate your account (via top up). However, if it is a monthly account then if it has been disabled/cancelled, it's probably gone. But you can always just set up a new account and since you are getting an iPhone on your own and bringing it to Koodo, you can get the BYOD 10% discount on your plan.
