Can‘t renew my prepaid base plan although I have enough money on account


My prepaid plan is $55. I have this amount on my balance, but I can not reactivate my base plan because it says I don‘t have sufficient funds in my account. Although I have the $55 and it says “amount due: $0“. Any help?

Amazingly, try topping up your account first.
It is topped up, I have $55 on it, which is why it says amount due $0. The plan just does not renew itself
Why was this response not answered? I am having the same trouble. My account has stopped auto updating, yet it has sufficient funds for renewal.

Hi Ahrens,
There were many similar threads about this, if you searched "renewals", there would be plenty.

Can you still make/receive calls? It might be just a delay in updating of Koodo server. I would wait for tomorrow if everything corrects itself.

Thank you. It took until 11am the next day before I received a text thanking me for the auto renewal payment. My account is back to active.
