Can't login to prepaid self serve


Over the last couple of days I have been trying to login to prepaid self serve although no matter what I do it always says "Your login failed. Please try again. " I tried logging in with my info which didn't work, I reset my password then tried logging in with that which also didn't work so I'm not sure if it's a problem with my account or the service in general.

Have you try clearing your browser history , then log in?

Or using different browsers or different devices?

Somehow I always have a issue to log in with chrome for prepaid account, so I'm using Edge for prepaid log in.

Yes tried chrome, Firefox and edge on my PC as well as chrome and Firefox on my phone. None of these work.

Yes I am currently using my phone with no issues and it was working the last time I tried it.

At this point, I would send them a message through FB since you tried all those methods and didn't work. (You can attach this thread too)
