I wrote my login info and it still won't let me login.

Double check it's all in properly. Clear your cache. Try again. If it still doesn't work, try with incognito / private tab in your browser. What does it tell you?

Ok. What does it tell you when it doesn't work? Is there an error message or self-serve just doesn't load? Did you try what I said to try?

@Brian Did you create the original login, or did someone else? If someone else, it is not uncommon for the info you have to differ from what they did. Based on the error message Goran asked about, we can help you take the next best step.
please remember that the password should have at least 8 characters, one capital letter and at least 1 number

At this point, best action might be to connect with Koodo by calling, Private Message from their Facebook page, or DM through their twitter account. I recommend the latter two, as taking less of your time.
