Can't log into prepaid account

I have tried everything beyond the $5 charge, which I refuse to do. Tried forgotten password- said it couldn't verify my email. Tried all my emails, all possible passwords- no dice. Even tried re-registering, but it said my SIN card is invalid. 
I was logged in just fine yesterday, but encountered an error after making a change to my address. Now I can't get in at all. Help!

You may need to contact Koodo directly. You can send a private message from Their Facebook page, or a DM through Twitter. You can also call. There is no fee for tasks you cannot complete through Self-serve.
