Can't detect the new SIM card on phone

I bought a new koodo SIM card, I am using SAMSUNG C9 pro phone, I top up and activated the account online, but my phone shows that there’s no SIM card...I tried to reset the phone, reset the network, restart the phone, reinsert the SIM card, clean the storage SIM app, nothing works, Please help:(

It could be a faulty SIM card… do you have any means to try it in another phone?

I have only one mobile, there’s no way to try the SIM card on another phone

Doyou have another SIM card to test in that phone.

You may need to ask a friend or family member if you can try your sim in their phone.

 

Or you can go to a koodo kiosk and have them test your sim in their phone,
