Can‘t cancel my plant because I can‘t get through to anybody. leaving back to europe on friday... HELP!!

Wait times are terrible, Cristina. You can try the coming days still (call as early as possible for the biggest chance to get through). If you can't reach them at all, you can send them a message through Facebook once you are back in Europe.

BTW I see you marked "prepaid", are you on prepaid or a monthly plan? If prepaid, you don't need to cancel, all you need to do is cancel the automatic top up.

I am currently still on hold for this number: 855 205 2112... is there a difference in the numbers? it´s the one the computer assistant gave me 😃
