Can't call out or in


Yesterday I got a new prepaid sim card - $15 credit, $30 boost of data (1GB). Today I realise no one can ring my number as it goes to a message bank, (my phone does not at all ring). I can't ring out on my number and the customer service consultant didn't even give me my new number on the paper work. Your prepaid self service is down so I can't even check my account or call...

I'd advise you to call customer service from a different phone if you can:

The $15 plan on prepaid gives you texting and that it.
if you bought a gb of data that's fine, but still no ability to call.
You either need minutes, or a baseplan that includes calling after a certain time.
i purchased a new sim card today and am having the same issue. but i have the 50 base plan

You can't make or receive any calls?
I have the same issue but I called *611 and it said I have $10
