Can't access Forgot Password on Prepaid self serve website


I am trying to access my account on Koodo Prepaid Self Serve website, via a Firefox browser on my laptop.  The login rejects my password, but when I go through the Forgot Password process, I get the error message "ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin".  Any solutions?

Hi Ross,

Try using Internet Explorer, when I tried using the Prepaid Self Serve website, I always need to use IE for some strange reason...

Try clearing your cache/cookies/temporary internet files first, and then please try again.

I had the same problem as Ross and followed Ivan's suggestion but it didn't change anything. I got the same message again!!

Hmm in the past this happened sometimes when people used the same email address on Public Mobile. Would you have an account with them? Or even a cancelled plan?
