Can someone clarify 100 minutes of Canada-wide Calling?

I bought $15 prepaid plan and got 

100 minutes of Canada-wide Calling

Unlimited International Text & Picture Messaging2

My questions are ;

  1. ​​​​​​​Is 100 mins covered calling and receiving in Canada? Or just calling NOT receiving???
  2. Referring to this link →https://www.koodomobile.com/prepaid-plans  It says “Note: Base plans that do not include minutes require a Talk Booster to receive domestic or international incoming calls.” Which made me confused if i have to buy extra booster??

The 100 minutes included in the base plan essentially amounts to a 100 minute talk booster every month. Both incoming and outgoing calls will use these minutes.

That’s what I do: I drink and I know things.
