Can I exchange my unused booster for another booster?


I am a prepaid customer.

Here is the first question.
Last year, I bought a USA data booster but didn't use it at all.
I don't need it anymore.
I need a Canada-wide talk booster.
Can I exchange the USA data booster for a Canada-wide talk booster?
If impossible, can I get a refund of the USA data booster?

Here is the second question.
I am going to stay in another country for 2 months.
I want to suspend or close my account.
If I suspend and renew my account, am I supposed to pay 35 dollars?
If I close my account and open another account later, will I lose my old boosters that were in my old account?
I don't know which is the better option for me.

Just don't top up your prepaid account for the time you are gone. As long as you then top it up before 90 days your account will still be active and your boosters will still be there. If an account does not have an active base plan for 90 days the account is then closed and any boosters are lost.
