Bought new phone sim invalid


Just bought a pre paid phone, went to activate online and says my sim # is invalid

Did you make sure not to confuse things such as O and 0? Usually that's a common problem that happens.

hello r u there how do we fix the problem and i just bought the cell phone to and it says sim # is invaild
