Booster amount not updating?


I just bought a 500 talk booster on the website, yet when I go to boosters it does not appear (yet the money has been taken from my account). Anyone experience this? Can I trust that the minutes are there? Is there a delay on these updates? I have a business call in 1 hour and need to be sure I have the minutes. 🙂

Hi Shawn, Could it be that you bought a 500 booster before? What does it say when you click "View booster usage" under "Talk minutes left"? If it says 500 or more there, you're good to go 🙂
Thanks Sophia! Yes, it's strange, the date on it says Jan 6 but I just bought it today. At least it's there and i have minutes. Thanks! One mystery solved...one left to go. 😉

Yes, it is very confusing... it mentions the day your bought the booster first and it will never change afterwards again no matter how many boosters you add. Perhaps the prepaid self service is in need of a bit of an overhaul 😃
That would be lovely. 🙂 The ability to apply online to unlock your phone would also be nice, as I'm having a huge challenge getting a live human being to help me. Thanks again.
