I did not get the double value for my booster add on as stated on my prepaid booster ad on page. It's advertising a limited time special.

Did you buy through selfserve and satisfy the conditions above? when did you buy it? if just now, you could check if something comes up few hours later.
Through my prepaid account. In a box just above where I purchase an add-on is where it stated I will get double the value. It did not list any conditions.

It showed in the "Nitty gritty". Anyway, I would suggest you wait for few hours and see it it comes up. After that, if you believe that you satisfy the condition, you could ask Koodo to check it for you. I would suggest you contact them through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback.
I guess it was self serve . Ill check back in a bit tks.

On the purchase page listing, you have to choose the Double Boosters at the bottom of the list rather than the standard ones at the top. Contact customer service pronto to get the adjustment made.



Check your real booster status on the Phone Services tab.

The listing that pops up in Base Plan and Booster Usage is sometimes just plain wrong. Screen shot above and below from the same account seconds apart.



Another shining moment for the prepaid web site. Don't fix what's never gonna get fixin I suppose.

I tried to add one of the Double Data boosters and instead the system deleted several existing double boosters. What a mess. Probably the last straw for me.
Thanks for showing me what I did wrong Bob. I fear I'm screwed anyway. I have reached out to them on messenger. I was doing it on my phone and had no idea you had to scroll down. Why even offer the regular ones? Grrr
