I had activated my kudos telephone number yesterday, my monthly plan is working OK, I had also bought a 500 minutes booster and a 1GB data booster but they are not active yet, I had checked in my account and they had already charged the booster against the balance on my bouchers, what do I need to do to get the boosters added to my account? is it normal that these boosters are not activated immediately??

No it's not normal. Your best bet might be to call in during business hours and check to see what's up.
