Baseplan expired


I topped up my account and it still says my baseplan has expired. How long does it take to update?

Hi Dave, I think you need to call Koodo (*611) to explain your base plan didn't renew automatically... that's what should happen. I had the same issue and they sorted it within a few minutes 🙂
