base plan trickery.


i bought the $25 base plan, but the next day (today) I decided to switch the $35 one, thinking I would be charged $10 more, which was the amount in my account. But it charged me $35, I had insufficient funds and now my service is suspended. What should I do?

I would call Koodo customer service - *611 from your Koodo phone. I think if you upgrade your prepaid base plan before 30day cycle , your new base plan restarts/resets on that day.(The remaining days would be forfeited) But you activated it 1 day and wanted to upgrade...
