base plan not expired

I have a prepaid monthly plan with auto top up and renewal.  I received the usual confirmation text for the auto top up and that my plan had bee renewed for another 30 days on April 26. Yesterday I got a test that my base plan expired emergency calling only.  i can't even call *611 from my phone.  When I log into my account online it shows everything was renewed on the 26 and nothing of an expired base plan. 
i did switch from an iphone back to a galaxy S6 active a month ago but the auto renewal worked fine the end of March

This is a bug that resurfaced since it was squashed a year ago. Koodo is on it 🙂 Your account is quite safe!

Edit: wait, I missed the part where you can't call 611. Does your phone not work right now?

I can use it for internet while connected to wifi.  No text or calling though.  
If it is a bug how long do they take to fix it?
