I really need to use my phone, so I tried to change my base plan to $25 and see if it triggers the system to renew. It did. Then I switched it back to my $15 base plan. Then I realized that I got charged $40 in total. So how do I get my money back?
I also have an auto top-up which adds $20 to my account every month before the base plan renew ($15). This month it just didn't bill my credit card. And my credit card is totally fine and I have no problem adding funds from my credit card to Koodo manually.
Koodo does a very good job deactivating people's phone plans and giving people trouble when they are trying to reactivate it. Please Koodo get a fast-responding customer service so we need to waiting till tomorrow morning to talk to a rep that can really solve the problem! I did this because Koodo deactivate my phone at 11pm and I can't get any help renewing my plan!
Koodo provides very good phone service. But not when you come across problems like this.
