base plan

I paid  $35  for  minutes which koodo recognizes but i am unable to use the phone because it tell’s me i don’’t have a base plan  I can not reach costomer service  please help

Did you spend $35 buying minutes boosters? You need to have an active base plan in order to use the phone like mentioned.

You'll need to add enough money to your account to cover the base plan and then you'll be able to call!

no boosters,  just the basic unlimited calling plan canada wide

Wghat does it say when you log in to self serve?  Does it say your base plan is active?
