Automatic top up did not happen as scheduled

I have had automatic top up for years...it did not happen as scheduled yesterday, now phone service is suspended. This happened once before and the rep fixed it for me. Unable to contact a rep now to help. I suppose I can do it manually but then if the top up goes through I will be paying twice. Has anyone had luck speaking with an actual person lately?

You can contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter private messenger. Meanwhile you certainly can top up manually, even if the amount is paid twice, it will just be used for next month's top-up :)
