Authorization name when porting number

I am trying to port a phone number I have on another prepaid phone at Virgin and put it on my Koodo prepaid but when I fill in the transfer request it keeps giving me the error "You must be authorized to transfer this number". I've put my name in the Authorization Name box so I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Please make sure that your name is exactly as it appears on your Virgin account, as well as adding any PIN or account password required for verification of account ownership.

Yes, my name is exactly what it is in my Virgin account and the pin is correct. Not sure why it won't let me. I called customer service but it says they're closed? I looked up their hours and it says 6am-6pm local time and it is 8:30am here.
