annoyed, not user friendly to me.

I am using koodo and I pay as I go, no plan.I have 20.00 on my account but can not use the phone.

Is there some reason you can't use the phone? Is it broken?

To add to Chad's suggestion, if you don't give us more information why you can't use the phone, we can't really help you. Please update this thread with your grievances and I'm sure we'll be able to sort you out in no time 😃
