I need to know if my American credit card is hooked up for preauthorized payments like I was told it was last month, but I haven't had my payment taken off my credit card. I also have been trying to call koodo costumer service for two days straight and haven't even spoke to any representative. I have all of this documented and I'm ready to send the screen shots of staying on the phone for 2 and a half hours and being hung up on to my uncle who works for the Hamilton Spectator. For a phone company to claim "best in costumer service" you haven't answered any of my phone calls for TWO full days in a row. I am BEYOND upset and demand to be reconciled.
