Activating Prepaid Stuck on Step 3


I am stuck on the page where it shows an image of the different prepaid plans. There is an asterisk saying *Required field but there is no field to select from on the whole page.

The continue button is greyed out as well.

Help please. Thanks

What browser did you try, Steph? You might want to see if another browser allows you to continue, or otherwise clear all your cookies (or start an incognito session, that would work too). Let us know if you can proceed that way!
I have tried with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge with the same result. Also tried in Incognito and Private browsing.

In that case I suggest you contact Koodo through Facebook private messenger to have them activate it for you... You can refer to this thread that you tried everything.

Seems to be an ongoing problem. Same issue on the French side.

I have got the same issue on Internet Explorer. What should we do?

As advised above, first try to clear your cookies, another browser etc. If none of that works, contact Koodo via Facebook private messager.

Hi I have same problem ,Facebook & Twitter  referred me to  Koodo customer service which activation costs $15!
Did you call them ? Did they charge you for activating your Sim?

Actually they did. They substracted 15$ off the 20$ credit we are supposed to have

$20 for SIM card and comes with $20 credit. But you need to buy a base plan.
If you want to buy $15 base plan, you can pay it from credit > $5 credit left.

If you buy $15 base plan and you still have $20 credit on your account, then it not activation fee.

I  called them and I mentioned the problem and the ways which Koodo community suggested but were not successful.They did not charge me.
