Activating Prepaid Sim, application process does not resolve on step 5 (Payment)

During the prepaid sim activation process the Payment page is never resolved (you have a message to wait while your activation is being processed). I have attempted to complete the process (activation and registration) twice, both were unsuccessful.

Try clearing your browser cache or a different browser or device
This is happening to me right now. Been on this page for an hour. Very frustrating. Customer service is closed and says not to close browser. So do I stay up all night wait? What a waste of time.
