Activate web page for pre-paid fails at "Select your local calling area"

Activate web page fails after all customer info is entered. After you select new number, the page shows a drop down for local calling area but no options ever load. Cannot continue...

Is there an outage? I tried twice with same problem.

this may sound like a stupid option, but try clearing the cache on your browser, or try a different browser
Hi, were you able to solve this? What did you do? Having the same issue.
I tried internet explorer (on windows 10) and it worked the next day I think.  Thx to Jru Gordon for prompting me to try something other than Chrome which is what I usually use.
